Paediatric Sister / Charge Nurse - Children's Unit - Sponsorship Available

The job holder will play an essential role supporting the Lead Nurse in providing care for children within the children's wards and assessment unit whilst supporting the nursing teams throughout the 24-hour period. The job holder will act as a role model, promoting quality evidence-based practice, developing the children's nursing team and ensuring effective management of the department in the absence of the Lead Nurse DBTH is one of Yorkshire's Leading acute trusts, serving a population of more than 440,000.
