Paid orders enter a review queue and do not guarantee an interview, job, sponsorship or visa outcome.

6. Accuracy of CV Information

You are responsible for checking the generated CV before using it. The service is instructed not to invent qualifications, employers, dates, experience or achievements. You must correct any error and must not submit information that is false or misleading.

7. Payments and Digital Delivery

Paid rewrites are charged once at the price displayed before checkout. If automatic generation fails, the order may be held for manual review. Refund requests can be sent to hello@gradsponsor.co.uk and will be considered in line with applicable consumer rights and whether the digital service has already been supplied.

8. Sponsored Jobs Day Pass

The 99p Sponsored Jobs Day Pass is a one-time digital purchase that provides access in the purchasing browser to employer names and direct application links for 24 hours after successful payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Job availability, sponsorship eligibility and external application pages can change, and access does not guarantee an interview, job offer, sponsorship or visa outcome.

9. Job Information and Applications

Sponsored job pages are provided for research and discovery. A sponsor licence or sponsorship signal does not mean an employer will sponsor every vacancy or applicant. Check the vacancy and confirm eligibility with the employer before applying. Applications are completed on external websites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or recruitment decisions.

10. NHS Application Guides

NHS application guides are one-time digital purchases supplied as downloadable PDF preparation resources. They are independent products and are not produced, approved or endorsed by the NHS, NHS Jobs or any employing organisation.
