An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a much-valued member of the Dorset County Hospital's Acute Hospital at Home service. This dynamic and innovative service provides acute level treatment to patients in the comfort of their own home; Enabling them to be surrounded by the people, routines and comforts which allows them to recover quickly. To be a key member of the Acute Hospital @ Home team in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of a high standard of nursing care that is patient centred and evidence based to patients in their usual residence. A min of 2 years clinical practice with experience in the following settings: General Medicine & Surgery, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, A/E, Critical Care, Respiratory.
