This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the department by managing events of varying scale and complexity, from small specialist workshops to large-scale conferences and exhibitions. Initially the focus was on identifying existing events that were running in the Trust and ensuring that these were run professionally and to the highest quality standards.
